📋 Description

• Develop professional relationships with and educate key Health Care Professionals involved in care of patients receiving BMS hematology products • Drive peer-to-peer customer interactions that optimize patient outcomes • Deliver clinical education and support for HCPs starting or continuing patients on BMS hematology and oncology medicines • Educate HCPs on unmet disease needs and the current treatment landscape • Develop relationships with oncology-focused Patient Support Groups and present approved educational materials • Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs across the assigned geography • Assess treatment and patient management landscapes, needs, and processes/protocols • Present approved on-label clinical and product education through one-to-one, group, and remote channels • Respond to HCP questions accurately and in compliance with procedures, ethical and legal guidelines • Evaluate account impact and plan follow-up activities • Monitor CNC dashboards and account data, adjusting activities and business plans to meet goals • Deliver on-label educational speaker programs and in-services • Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients • Support clinical, disease-area, and product-specific training for internal stakeholders • Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities • Share clinical insights and patient-management experiences internally • Contribute to cross-functional account business plans and CNC programs/projects

🎯 Requirements

• APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology disease area • Current active Nursing License • OCN Certification • Clinical depth within Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states • Strong business acumen aligned with business priorities • Advanced communication and presentation platform skills • Experience transferring clinical expertise to others and influencing patient management processes/protocols • Collaboration skills for partnerships with internal functions • Established relationships with health care providers within the assigned geography • Willingness and ability to fly and drive within the territory • Valid state-issued driver's license and clear driving record • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed • Compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, and ethical/legal guidelines
