📋 Description

• Drive the strategy of the client solution, related processes, configurations, and add-ons • Provide tailored best practices and approaches for complex business use cases and needs • Develop configuration and business process strategies • Manage Kantata implementation processes • Lead solution strategy for the core Kantata solution • Liaise with delivery specialists to ensure coherent, consistent, and effective solutions and implementation programs • Collaborate with project teams and clients on technical aspects and deliverable quality • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems • Align client business requirements and objectives with Kantata solutions and best practices • Drive requirements gathering, functional design, system testing, user acceptance testing, issue troubleshooting and resolution, change management, and training • Configure Kantata for deployments, including custom reports, integrations, and data migrations • Consult on industry and Kantata best practices • Manage tasks, timelines, and estimated remaining effort for services projects • Apply Kantata’s implementation methodology to drive successful client implementations • Contribute to consultant tools, documentation, and process improvements • Improve organizational methodologies, processes, practices, product suite, and services implementation methodology • Build and share repeatable processes and quality deliverables across projects • Foster collaboration and teamwork by sharing experience, information, perspectives, skills, and expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, configuring, and deploying SaaS-based software solutions, including custom reports/dashboards • Experience implementing a Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution preferred • Experience implementing software and executing project plans • Experience producing client-facing deliverables • Experience leading solution design workshops • Experience defining business requirements and proposing business processes • Experience documenting business requirements, business processes, and technical specifications • Strong client relationship and partnership skills • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to tackle difficult and complex problems • Understanding of scope management and identifying potential scope risks • Domain knowledge of services sales, financials, and operations • Experience designing, configuring, and deploying SaaS-based software solutions on the Salesforce Platform preferred • Experience using or implementing common business applications • Experience using or implementing system integration methods and technologies, including Web services preferred • Experience with relational databases and data interdependence preferred • Experience with cloud-based or on-premise applications and architectures, including web services, APIs, and XML/JSON data structures, is a plus • Ethical awareness around AI, including limitations, bias risks, and when human judgment is essential • Ability to stay current on AI developments relevant to professional services and SaaS delivery • Bachelor’s degree required; B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred • 10+ years industry experience in a customer-facing technical field such as professional services, consulting, or technical support • Broad technical knowledge of internet-based products and technologies
