📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning recruitment with organizational goals and metrics • Anticipate talent needs, adapt to market changes, and influence hiring decisions • Develop innovative recruitment strategies using industry trends and tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build effective talent pipelines • Communicate BMS's commitment to science, innovation, and patient care • Partner with Total Rewards to understand compensation structures and develop tailored offers • Partner with branding, marketing, and talent sourcing teams to implement recruitment strategies and enhance the employer brand • Align recruitment efforts with HR and business leaders' goals and workforce planning strategies • Use AI tools and data analytics to improve recruiting strategies • Analyze ATS and Tableau data to plan workforce needs, predict talent requirements, and improve hiring outcomes • Implement AI solutions such as Eightfold and Paradox • Build trust and inclusion through candidate interactions • Develop meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Enhance digital skills, data literacy, and sourcing capabilities across the workforce

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • 5+ years of successful recruiting experience • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience • Experience preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or technology environment • Strong understanding of the competitive talent landscape • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence and build relationships across various levels • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities • Expertise in AI tools, data analytics, and predictive hiring technologies • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting demands and emerging trends • Ability to provide agile recruitment support as needed • Experience recruiting in Corporate Functions and/or Technology talent landscape preferred • Experience with BMS recruiting systems and tools preferred
