📋 Description

• Support the Recruiting team by maintaining a daily pool of talented, ready-to-contact candidates • Source candidates during the local overnight shift • Achieve hundreds of sourced candidates monthly, alongside other metrics that may change with client and business needs • Attend role intake meetings with Recruiters and Team Lead to understand changing law firm client roles • Understand exact requirements for all assigned roles • Identify relevant keywords in online candidate resumes • Construct effective search strings • Search online candidate profile databases • Assess resumes against client needs • Deliver the specified goal count of resumes by the end of each workday • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports • Liaise with Recruiters, Sourcers, Team Lead Recruiters, Recruiting Director, and Recruiting Operations Manager • Use, extract information from, and maintain Greenhouse ATS • Perform data entry and platform updates with 100% accuracy • Support sourcing, recruiting, screening, and hiring for law firm clients’ Executive Assistant, Marketing, Office Admin, and executive roles

🎯 Requirements

• Three + years of sourcing and/or recruiting department support experience, up to Executive level roles (preferred law firm roles, but not required) • Well-written and -spoken English (critical for internal communication accuracy) • Proficiency in ATS; Greenhouse experience is a bonus • Proficiency in Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, and other candidate resume job portals • Experience with Boolean and keyword searches • Ability to work 8:55am - 5pm EST US • Ability to understand role intake and keywords • Strict adherence to client confidentiality requirements • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom or similar tools • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills • Strong time management and ability to work quickly and accurately • Versatility across roles and tasks • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
