📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations supporting OTSG/MEDCOM reporting and analysis • Develop KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and analytical visualizations aligned with the Medical Readiness mission • Use Microsoft Power BI and other BI/analytics platforms to transform complex datasets into actionable information • Conduct statistical analysis, identify trends and patterns, interpret results, and recommend solutions • Respond to ad hoc data queries, data calls, project analysis, and analytical support requirements • Gather and integrate information from databases, spreadsheets, and organizational data repositories • Develop, document, maintain, and improve data-analysis and BI processes • Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity before integration and delivery • Review team members' BI submissions and deliverables for adherence to established standards • Identify data inconsistencies, integration issues, and risks and coordinate corrective actions • Standardize BI deliverables and maintain organized BI files, repositories, storage environments, and sharing capabilities • Establish timelines, milestones, delivery dates, and dashboard update schedules • Review project and facility data supporting the Facilities Investment Plan and Army real property initiatives • Analyze and validate facility information within applicable Army Real Property Systems • Serve as a subject matter expert for Army Real Property data, systems, processes, and reporting • Obtain and maintain access to applicable real property systems, including DAIS, GFEBS, HWIID, ISR, ePRISMS, LOGICOLE, FROID, ASIP, BUILDER, Vantage, and RPLANS • Gather stakeholder business requirements and translate mission needs into BI solutions • Serve as primary point of contact for BI-related support under the contract • Collaborate with the Contract Program Manager and Data Analysts to refine requirements, processes, instructions, and deliverables • Communicate analytical information to senior leadership, government stakeholders, colleagues, and project teams • Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, and demonstrations virtually and in person • Train, lead, mentor, and support team members on Power BI, dashboard development, data integration, BI deliverables, and Real Property Systems initiatives • Support analytical assignments, dashboard requirements, project milestones, and deadlines • Work with the Program Manager to address data integration risks, project challenges, and delivery requirements • Support program execution through analytical research, data calls, reporting, and special projects • Ensure deliverables are accurate, standardized, timely, and aligned with government requirements • Travel to various CONUS locations when required to support program execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Research Analyst, or comparable analytical role • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis, dataset analysis, data visualization, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to analyze complex information, interpret results, identify trends, and develop recommendations • Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating information from databases, spreadsheets, and other repositories • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with government stakeholders, program managers, analysts, and multidisciplinary teams • Strong customer-service orientation • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently • Ability to train, mentor, and support team members • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license • Must maintain broadband internet service with at least 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload for remote work; some positions may require 200–300 Mbps download / 25–35 Mbps upload • Cellular hotspot or fixed wireless cellular services may not be used as a primary connection
