📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance on connecting to the Internet • Solve customer problems related to Internet connectivity, mobile wireless, and cable • Provide exceptional customer service experiences • Troubleshoot technical issues through to resolution • Treat customers with empathy and respect • Build rapport and clearly communicate with customers • Provide phone, chat, and email troubleshooting support

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends • Availability for a 24/7 operation and shift bidding • Previous experience in a customer support role • Strong phone and verbal communication skills • Active listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively • Strong understanding and aptitude to troubleshoot Internet connectivity issues • Previous experience providing phone, chat, and email troubleshooting support • Knowledge of the difference between a modem and a router • Ability to turn on a wireless port on a laptop • Ability to reset passwords on most digital devices
