• Provide administrative service, support, navigation, and/or solutions • Perform clerical functions, including customer service through all communication methods • Perform data entry • Maintain and organize records • Support key customers, including management, colleagues, patients, and vendors • Deliver personalized care and service aligned with customer expectations and needs
