📋 Description

• Partner with clients and delivery teams to define, develop, and implement innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions • Lead technical delivery across complex ServiceNow projects • Establish relationships with client and project stakeholders • Communicate delivery updates, risks, issues, and opportunities • Lead requirements gathering and solution design activities • Influence decisions on effectiveness, dependability, flexibility, scalability, supportability, and total cost • Develop technical specifications for custom development and system integration requirements, including delivery estimates • Create detailed technical design documents • Liaise among clients, project leads, delivery teams, and vendors to drive delivery and remove barriers • Lead technology design, configuration, development, database migrations, and environment migrations across multiple projects • Ensure adherence to development standards, technical specifications, and agreed timelines • Document final solutions and lead knowledge transition to client support teams • Develop and validate estimates for Change Orders • Contribute to estimating and SOW templates • Define and follow coding standards and lead code reviews • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members • Support Bolt Data sales activities, practice maturation, and internal initiatives • Participate in peer reviews of solution designs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow implementations, including a minimum of 5 enterprise-level technology projects • 8+ years of experience in software implementations with one or more CRM solutions; configuration experience is required • 4+ years working within the ServiceNow ecosystem as a Technical Architect • Expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow product suite, including CRM, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Sales and Order Management • Expert-level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating ServiceNow with business systems • Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and OAuth authentication patterns • Understanding of design patterns, large data volume limitations, data sharing, and visibility considerations • Bachelor's degree in computer science and demonstrated experience in computer operations, system analysis, programming, project implementations, and technical management • Field service experience, including customer service management and call center support • Understanding of industry-standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, DODAF, FEAF, Gartner/Meta • Experience with APIs, APEX, Force.com, .NET, Java, JavaScript, XML, Web Services, HTML, SSO, data loaders, and messaging • Experience with RDBMS concepts, SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, and data migration • Experience with system integrations, preferably involving ServiceNow • Ability to migrate configurations and code between environments using industry-standard tools • Experience with Agile and PMBOK methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects to aggressive timelines • Understanding of field service resource management, contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, territories, and inventory management • Experience working independently and within cross-functional and cross-vendor teams • Support for sales activities, practice maturation, internal initiatives, and peer reviews • Mentoring experience or ability to mentor junior team members • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
