• Lead teams to deliver industry-leading work by utilising knowledge of social-first strategy and output • Develop the appropriate strategy and output for each client • Ensure account decisions are guided by strategy • Inspire account teams to deliver best work • Own senior client relationship development and communicate value • Create and deliver effective account plans that include client insight and reporting • Lead pitches, proposals, and scope for additional work • Communicate business and marketing plans with stakeholders • Organise key calls, meetings, and reviews • Ensure accurate delivery of scope of work using time tracking • Resolve any scope or resourcing issues • Contribute to winning new business through pitches and proposals
• 4+ years experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting • Good understanding of social-first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management) • Good understanding of project management principles • Experience in the commercial running of account work • Proven track record of retaining, developing and growing accounts • Passionate about improving client experience and relationship development • Experience working with global brands, ideally in FMCG
