• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans within compliance and legal guidelines • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-Suite, pharmacy leadership, medical directors, and population health stakeholders • Identify opportunities to improve IDN and hospital patient access • Navigate complex account structures including GPOs, IDNs, ACOs, specialty pharmacies, and integrated care models • Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, market access, and patient support services • Establish and maintain effective internal communications among Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and Field Sales • Track and analyze account performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree is required • Preferred degree in sciences (eg. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Kinesiology, Pre-med, other STEM background) • 5 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience • 3+ years in a key account management or IDN engagement role • Proven track record of high performance engaging complex health systems • Knowledge of cardiovascular and heart failure marketplace is highly preferred • Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
