📋 Description

• Serve as technical leader for a designated geographic region • Develop system designs and recommendations for professional audio projects • Create acoustic simulation models and performance predictions using EASE and related software • Review project requirements and develop bills of material and system recommendations • Support consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users with system design and product application guidance • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities • Provide technical support during project design, commissioning, and optimization phases • Work with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and expand customer adoption of Electro-Voice and Dynacord solutions • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to regional Solutions Engineers • Coordinate workload, project assignments, and regional priorities • Establish consistent engineering practices, documentation standards, and customer engagement approaches • Assist with onboarding, development, and performance coaching of regional team members • Escalate resource needs, market trends, and customer feedback to the Global Director • Deliver product, software, and system design training • Support certification and competency development programs • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Training, and Technical Support teams • Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitive activity, and product opportunities • Contribute to technical documentation, application guides, and knowledge base content • Support new product introductions through training, demonstrations, and early customer deployments • Travel throughout the Asia Pacific region as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Acoustics, Audio Technology, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in professional audio and AV engineering • Demonstrated experience designing and specifying complex audio systems • Strong understanding of acoustics, loudspeaker systems, DSP platforms, networking concepts, and audio transport technologies • Experience supporting consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users • Strong communication and presentation skills in English • Ability to travel internationally as required • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical engineering resources preferred • Experience using EASE, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related design tools preferred • Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Dante Certification, EASE, networking certifications, or equivalent preferred • Experience with enterprise, commercial, hospitality, transportation, education, worship, or stadium applications preferred • Proficiency in English is required • Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred
