📋 Description

• Manage daily dispute management and collections activities • Make collection calls to clients regarding past-due invoices • Establish payment arrangements • Respond to client account and billing inquiries by phone and email • Audit client accounts to ensure invoice accuracy • Manage order releases and holds • Manage customer claims • Interface with sales and related departments • Provide prompt and courteous follow-up to client inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable/collections • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level • Computer proficiency with MS Office products; ERP/Dynamics is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to apply tact and diplomacy • Strong motivation and team orientation • Ability to perform mathematical operations with fractions, whole numbers, decimals, and percentages • Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy • Proficiency with Microsoft XP, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, computer data processing and reporting • Typing speed of 40+ wpm • Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard/workstation • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds
