⢠High school diploma or equivalent ⢠2-4 years of experience in customer experience or sales support within home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostic environments ⢠Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff ⢠Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach ⢠Skilled at working across multiple systems and platforms with speed and accuracy ⢠Resourcefulness, accountability, and initiative to handle challenges and follow through ⢠Familiarity with DME operations, healthcare workflows, or similar is preferred but not mandatory
