📋 Description

• Ensure flawless execution of digital content supporting acquisition, revenue, and retention goals • Lead quality assurance efforts for digital content and functionality development • Verify that deliverables are accurate, correctly coded, appropriately versioned, compatible with multiple devices, and rendered according to design • Partner with eCommerce Product Owners, Content Authors, Tech Development, and Creative Designers • Review and validate copy, design, links, dynamic data, and other customer communications elements • Design and perform end-to-end quality assurance tests on web content and functionality • Identify quality, deliverability, compatibility, and usability issues and solutions • Retest fixes and validate outcomes • Identify roadblocks and solutions before timelines and launch dates are impacted • Develop and implement quality assurance technologies, standards, and measures • Exercise independent judgment regarding testing methods, pass/fail decisions, and issue severity • Review test plans for completeness and clarity • Track defects and fixes and report progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience • Demonstrated experience planning and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures for web and digital experiences, including AEM content publishing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Bonus: degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, or an IT or technology field • Bonus: experience in eCommerce/digital content publishing • Bonus: experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, TestFlight, and BrowserStack • Bonus: experience testing responsive web experiences across browsers, devices, and operating systems • Analytical, research, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and communicate complex issues
