📋 Description

• Own meaningful problems from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration • Use AI to improve engineering practices and product delivery • Prototype quickly, validate assumptions, and use working software to create clarity • Maintain high standards for quality, reliability, security, privacy, observability, and execution • Design and build cross-cutting AI services for retrieval, context, evaluation, and guardrails • Optimize go-to-market operational workflows and internal team effectiveness • Own the end-to-end product loop, including customer and internal-team discovery, success metrics, workflow and UX design, data and evaluation planning, and iterative releases • Create shared AI abstractions and tooling, including prompt and tool patterns, logging, monitoring, and reusable components • Shape data and system architecture so AI can connect longitudinal product, billing, support, and operations signals and recommend next actions • Mentor engineers and raise standards for AI-augmented engineering and AI-powered feature operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong engineering fundamentals across systems, data, APIs, product surfaces, and infrastructure • Experience owning production work from problem definition through launch and iteration • Uses AI tools and agents as part of the engineering workflow • Ability to increase engineering velocity without lowering quality • Experience automating personal, team, or company workflows • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning unclear problems into shipped software • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration • Strong commitment to privacy, security, reliability, and customer trust • Experience shipping AI-powered products, workflows, or internal tools to production • Experience with retrieval, tool use, evaluation, monitoring, orchestration, or agent workflows • Experience in vertical SaaS, education, fintech, healthcare, CRM, ecommerce, or another operations-heavy domain • Experience building AI-powered systems • Experience collaborating with internal customers and creating novel solutions • Working from within the United States • Authorized to work in the United States
