📋 Description

• Define the user testing strategy and manage client testing plans, tracking, reporting, issue triage, and delivery • Plan and manage internal and client training, including materials, delivery plans, product demonstrations, and hands-on training • Raise change requests and complete required change analysis • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; provide mitigation and timely escalation • Define upstream and downstream data integration mappings and associated client business configuration • Define conversion strategy and runbooks; manage mock conversions and final go-live • Participate in planning, governance, and delivery of implementation activities, including mock conversions and go-live weekends • Provide implementation governance, reporting, issue escalation, management, and representation on steering committees and working groups • Manage production comparisons and reconciliations between legacy output and Broadridge’s solution using BDC (BR Data Control) • Manage implementation resources assigned to projects, directly or in a matrix structure • Define, execute, and report on environment setup runbooks, integration points, monitoring, control frameworks, and releases • Communicate release content and timing with clients and internal teams • Manage production-readiness checklists and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, robust, and secure implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a conversions/implementation consultant or manager delivering SaaS projects to Wealth or Capital Markets organizations • 2 years’ project management experience • 1 year of team-leading experience managing teams of up to 5 resources • Demonstrable critical thinking and proactive drive toward successful conclusions • Ability to define control processes and distil salient facts from data for clear reporting to senior management and clients • Client-facing capability and ability to build strong working relationships while defending Broadridge’s position • Experience with large-scale projects and solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and governance • Experience working in an agile environment with JIRA • Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting • Ability to handle multiple workstreams and assignments simultaneously • Ability to understand and challenge detail • Data analysis skills, including SQL and Excel • Asset Servicing platform experience in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or another financial environment • Subject matter expertise in Asset Servicing, including Dividends, Coupons, Tax, and Corporate Actions announcements and processing • Thorough understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle, including event capture, data quality, position and transaction types, entitlement processing, and integration with US market participants • Product knowledge covering Equities and Fixed Income • Reconciliations experience, ideally with Broadridge’s Data Control • Previous Broadridge or Broadridge-product experience is desirable
