📋 Description

• Sales of Trading, Trust, and Custody solutions, including CIT solutions, to clients in the retirement and wealth industry. • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with clients with the goal of a positive and productive long-term relationship. • Identify new business opportunities within new and existing clients. • Maintain account relationships, grow existing relationships, and cross sell additional services into account base. • Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation. • Collaborate with other Broadridge sales and account management teams. • Partner with internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales and solutioning process, including legal, finance, product, and senior management. • Represent Broadridge at industry conferences and regional events. • Travel to prospect and client sites.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ Years of experience in the retirement industry • Existing network of relationships in the retirement industry • Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including senior executive level relationships • Proven track record of success in achieving / exceeding sales quotas • Ability to effectively navigate complex organizations • Ability to handle multiple strategic client accounts • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills • Ability to take a consultative sales approach to problem solving with existing and prospective clients • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills • Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, MS Office, social tools, etc. • Willing to travel frequently to for clients and prospect meetings.
