📋 Description

• Lead and support a team of software developers, maintaining productivity, work quality, and output • Organize project launches, demonstrations, and post-project reviews • Coordinate project status updates, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing • Communicate project and department updates and priorities to the team • Report team progress, status, and potential issues to the Project Manager • Improve team performance, development processes, and delivery quality • Identify barriers, resolve issues, and escalate as needed • Balance workload based on priorities, capacity, and project requirements • Collaborate with the software development team to maintain and enhance existing programs • Modify software, communicate issues, and recommend solutions • Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation related to software status, operation, and maintenance • Maintain the team web page • Develop innovative software designs using current technologies • Implement and enhance high-quality system components • Ensure component design integrity and quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Advanced/expert knowledge of current technologies • Experience developing, implementing, and enhancing proprietary software solutions • Ability to lead and support a team of software developers • Ability to coordinate project launches, demonstrations, post-project reviews, communications, and technical discussions • Ability to maintain and enhance existing computer programs • Ability to modify software, identify and communicate issues, and recommend solutions • Ability to prepare software status, operation, and maintenance documentation • Ability to develop software designs aligned with business needs • Ability to implement and enhance high-quality system components • Ability to ensure component design integrity and quality throughout the software development lifecycle
