📋 Description

• Own a product area end to end, from design through post-launch results • Own projects from design to launch on established and new products • Work with PMs, designers, and engineers to decide what to build and how • Contribute to technical discussions, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architecture • Uphold engineering practices including code review, test coverage, and observability • Ship features end to end from database and API to UI • Build backend services across Python and Go and the frontend that uses them • Potentially work on Agents, Docs, Growth, Optimize, or Enterprise Scale teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software at scale • Product-minded approach, caring about user problems as much as code • Comfortable with unclear problems and fast change • Strong Python experience, or deep experience in another backend language and willingness to work across Python and Go • Strong JavaScript experience with a modern frontend framework • Nice to have: Django experience • Nice to have: AI/LLM product experience • Nice to have: startup experience
