📋 Description

• Act as forward-facing sales personnel to achieve North American sales targets • Become technically proficient in current and future product offerings, including automated drilling and fastening equipment and composites manufacturing • Source leads, identify and develop relationships with decision makers • Qualify potential customers for genuine need and ability to purchase proposed solutions • Work with customers throughout the entirety of the sales process • Lead development of sales proposals • Travel to customer sites as needed for sales and proposal meetings and to ensure world class customer service • Research and identify potential future markets for existing and new Broetje products • Identify possible derivative products and solutions to help expand current offerings • Report directly to the CEO and support the BA-US sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline (i.e., mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering) • 7+ years working in customer facing role • Ideal candidate will have work experience in Aerospace industry • Experience with automated systems such as machine tools, robotic cells or assembly fixtures, jigs, tools • Experience with manufacturing applications using thermoset or thermoplastic composite materials • Experience in factory assembly or machine manufacturing • Personable and outgoing; comfortable speaking in front of groups of people • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Experience creating and presenting sales proposals • Willingness to travel up to 100% • Active US passport
