📋 Description

• Build connections with families and help them care for aging loved ones by matching them with Brookdale communities nationwide • Assist families seeking senior housing or home-based assistance • Identify communities or other resources that best fit each family’s needs • Persuade prospects to visit Brookdale communities and schedule appointments • Update customer and prospective-customer databases while ensuring compliance-quality data • Nurture leads through information and scheduled follow-up conversations • Support communities through outbound calls and emails to update prospect information and schedule follow-up activities • Work closely with community sales and operations associates as an extension of the sales team • Participate in interactive training, coaching, and department-wide culture-building activities • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred • Two years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred • Related experience in healthcare or call centers preferred • No certifications, licenses, or other special requirements • Understanding of the aging process and needs of older adults across all product lines • Ability to operate personal computers and related software • Ability to manage time, tasks, and projects in a dynamic environment • Ability to present Brookdale as an organization ready to meet seniors’ needs • Ability to assess customers’ expectations, needs, and circumstances • Effective verbal and written communication and listening skills • Self-starter with organizational and time-management skills who can work without close supervision • Ability to work weekends, evenings, or nights if needed for shift coverage • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Ability to interact with coworkers, residents, or vendors
