📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives at the leadership level • Manage purchases and oversee process flows through applicable systems • Support clinical colleagues with product research, cost analysis, and initiative presentations • Develop and implement strategies and processes to reduce supply expense while maintaining quality of care • Monitor, communicate, and improve the assigned scope • Collaborate with members, including physicians, to identify and formulate improvement and standardization for assigned categories • Manage sourcing initiatives, including scoping analysis, RFP development, proposal evaluations, negotiations, recommendations, contracting, supplier management, and budget oversight • Monitor and report initiative and contract budgets; identify recurring trends and vendor or internal improvement opportunities • Collaborate with legal to negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization or membership • Build strategic alliances with clients, suppliers, business partners, and key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Healthcare (required; Roper only: equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree) • Master's degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Analytics, or Nursing (preferred) • 5 years progressive experience in sourcing relevant commodities for large health systems • Leadership • Collaborative • Supplier Management • Effective Communication • Contract Negotiation and Management • Sourcing Strategy • Evidence-Based Decisions • Analytical Thinking • Problem Solving • Data Analysis • Spreadsheet Modeling • Workflow Systems • Contract Lifecycle Management • Enterprise Systems • GPO Experience • Multi-Market Sourcing • Cost Management • Service Line Support • Program Implementation • Change Management • Prioritization • Time Management • Deadline Driven • Independent Execution • Microsoft Office
