📋 Description

• Lead program management for oncology drug development and product lifecycle management • Partner with Team Lead to develop global product development strategies • Establish processes for program team management and communication • Drive strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives • Lead process improvement initiatives and optimize team efficiency, quality, and performance • Plan and execute projects according to global asset development strategy • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across project teams • Develop, validate, and maintain integrated project plans in the enterprise project system • Provide project plan visuals for teams and stakeholders • Manage project goals, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path • Facilitate team planning sessions, develop team charters, define project scope, and ensure global cross-functional alignment • Implement project and risk management practices • Manage project budget oversight, planning, and control • Liaise with internal collaborators to deliver work products, presentations, governance investments, and updates • Provide project management support to core and sub teams • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, and progress reports • Potentially provide alliance management for drug development partners and lead oversight steering committees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10 + years’ experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry OR Master’s Degree or above with 7 + years’ experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook • PMP certification a plus • Travel as needed
