📋 Description

• Support program planning, integration, and execution of all TARS-related functions while ensuring contract compliance and mission alignment • Provide senior-level programmatic and analytical support and data-driven recommendations to government leadership • Coordinate financial tracking, procurement analysis, and business case assessments • Prepare reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and acquisition teams • Identify program risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Represent the program in meetings, conferences, and interagency engagements • Ensure timely submission and quality assurance of contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, Financial Reports, and Ad Hoc Briefings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, engineering, or a closely related discipline • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience • Demonstrated experience with logistics, engineering, financial management, or procurement oversight • Advanced analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities • Strong understanding of government acquisition and program management principles • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint • Positive adjudication from a CBP Background Investigation • Ability and willingness to travel as required by the program • Master’s degree in business administration, public policy, engineering, or a closely related discipline (desired) • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired)
