📋 Description

• Join CACI’s Financial Management Business Transformation Interfaces, Data Conversion, and Cleanse Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs • Help modernize federal financial management systems by replacing legacy systems with a modern COTS product • Identify potential data issues in legacy system data • Report potential data issues and trends to help determine root causes and corrective actions • Develop, unit test, and document code changes defined in Agility tickets • Update Agility tickets with work progress and impediments • Follow development standards • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog refinements, and retrospectives • Check Alteryx workflows and Microsoft Power BI templates into GitHub • Perform code reviews of pull requests and refresh the local code repository from GitHub • Monthly refresh Functional Requirements Models reports and the Data Cleanse Scorecard by executing Alteryx workflows, refreshing Power BI reports, and publishing results to SharePoint applications • Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to analysts, management, client stakeholders, and product owners • Communicate dependencies and risks regarding project estimates and schedules • Communicate with clients and management throughout the project and development lifecycle • Provide leadership and mentorship to developers • Guide requirements implementation and prioritization • Oversee monthly FRM and Data Cleanse Scorecard refreshes to ensure timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship is required • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience • 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, or federal financial systems • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies • Strong expertise using Alteryx and SQL for data analysis • Strong expertise using Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and visualization • Proven ability to lead a development team through the entire development lifecycle and provide input to requirements gathering sessions • Must have the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and with a team to solve problems • Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines • Experience with Momentum Financials database is desired • Experience with requirement management tools such as Jira, Agility, VersionOne, and Confluence is desired
