📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and support the continued operation of Viatris’ global Serialization initiative across internal manufacturing sites, packaging sites, and distribution centers • Coordinate IT implementation aspects of Serialization projects and end-to-end business processes with Global IT teams and business SMEs • Provide oversight or participate in Serialization functionality projects covering blueprinting, realization, testing, change management, compliance, business transition, rollouts, and hyper care • Communicate with users, business analysts, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Supply Chain, and IT personnel regarding issue resolution and system-change impacts • Assess integration impacts involving SAP ATTP, SAP S/4 HANA, and ERP systems • Author validation documents and execute IQ/OQ • Govern Serialization and automated systems and manage changes • Elicit and document business and system requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis • Test solutions, assess risks, analyze impacts, and resolve system issues • Provide business process analysis, process mapping, functional analysis, and implementation strategy support • Manage incidents and issue resolutions according to agreed SLAs • Perform health checks on Serialization Level 3 systems and manage break fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance at application and database levels • Deliver training, maintain training records, and update SOPs, work instructions, and job aids • Manage user access for Packaging site Level 3 solutions and conduct access and periodic reviews with CSV and IT Quality • Plan and execute Level 2 and Level 3 Serialization deployments during M&A and TSA Exit projects • Define strategies for system carve-outs during divestitures and site closures • Lead on-site implementation with local IT teams, including networking, firewall, database, platform, procurement, installation, and line/site manager configuration support • Develop training materials and assist with global training delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required • 2 years’ experience in Serialization Packaging L2 / L3 deployment and validation required • 2 years’ experience in Global Serialization – US DSCSA, EU FMD required • Ability to understand when and who to escalate risks and issues • Ability to influence people without direct reporting lines • Ability to multitask and be change-oriented • Understanding of integration points with SAP ATTP, SAP S/4 HANA, and ERP systems • Experience authoring validation documents, including risk assessments, user requirements, configuration specifications, and validation plans • Experience executing IQ/OQ • Experience with requirements elicitation, business process analysis, process mapping, functional analysis, and implementation strategies • Experience testing medium- to high-complexity solutions and assessing risks and impacts • Experience managing incidents and issue resolutions according to SLAs • Experience with Serialization Level 2 and Level 3 systems, including application and database maintenance • Experience with user access management and periodic reviews • Experience with CSV and IT Quality processes • Experience planning and executing Serialization Level 2 and Level 3 deployments • Experience with networking, firewalls, databases, and platforms for system implementation
