📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and integrations of the Quote to Revenue architecture, including Zuora CPQ, Billing and Zuora Revenue, upstream Salesforce CRM integration, and downstream NetSuite GL integration. • Coordinate end-to-end dependencies across applications to drive accurate billing and revenue recognition. • Partner with Revenue Accounting and Revenue Operations teams to understand business needs and convert them into functional and technical requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions and support implementation of Zuora Billing and Revenue Recognition systems. • Analyze complex financial data and optimize billing and revenue processes for compliance and efficiency. • Gather and document business requirements for Zuora CPQ, RevPro and Billing implementations. • Analyze current billing and revenue recognition processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Translate business needs into functional specifications, including process flows, user stories and data mappings. • Lead configuration of Zuora CPQ, Billing and RevPro. • Develop integrations and automations through systems such as Workato. • Propose solutions and requirements using OTC system best practices and financial process knowledge. • Coordinate release processes, conduct system testing and resolve issues while upholding internal control standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience. • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Techno Functional Consultant in billing and revenue recognition systems. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ, Billing and Zuora RevPro. • Strong background in subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial systems, including compliance requirements. • Strong knowledge of Zuora CPQ, Zuora 360 and integration with Salesforce and Zuora billing system. • Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing, including subscription management, invoicing, collections, and payment processing. • Deep understanding of Zuora RevPro with practical experience in revenue recognition and compliance standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15). • Knowledge of integrating Zuora with other boundary systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, and financial reporting systems). • Proficiency in business process modeling and tools like Lucid Chart, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms for project tracking and management. • Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite GL is a plus. • Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance and technical teams. • Experience working in an agile environment. • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
