📋 Description

• Oversee implementation of treasury solutions, including technical requirements for file transmissions • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, meet client expectations, and are communicated to relevant internal and external parties • Oversee deployment of identified technical treasury solutions, clarifying requirements including file formats and customization • Document integration processes according to Synovus and vendor requirements • Coordinate and conduct testing phases to ensure solutions meet expected quality standards • Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timelines and dependencies • Clarify implementation expectations, including setup, testing services, and transition to customer service support • Assess client request scope with sales and technical sales consultants and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications • Apply creative problem solving and sound judgment, escalating when necessary to maintain client satisfaction • Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and timely client communications • Document internal processes and customization requirements • Partner with Treasury Onboarders and Treasury Sales to deploy technical treasury products • Observe applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and role-specific risk limits; report known or suspected violations • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Five years of experience in treasury management, including technical products and solutions, file testing methodologies, treasury workstations/systems, and project management in a client-facing environment • Strong technical background and project management expertise • Understanding and ability to interpret file specifications • Ability to translate customer/system requirements • Strong organizational skills • Strong customer service skills • Professional and effective communication skills • Problem solving and negotiation skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Proficiency using word processing and spreadsheet software programs • Bachelor's degree preferred • Four years of treasury management experience preferred, with emphasis on reading and mapping files, file transmission protocols (SFTP, FTP), and complex product implementations • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification preferred • Passion for learning and remaining abreast of technology advancements and industry trends
