📋 Description

• Provide analytical, operational, and reporting support for IT Resource Management and Finance Management • Support accurate forecasting, effective resource allocation, and strong financial governance across IT workstreams • Partner with project managers, finance leads, and resource owners • Maintain high-quality data • Streamline processes • Enable informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen on US soil (required) • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently • Ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to develop strong professional relationships • Experience in Financial Management activities, including building and updating financial forecasts, managing Estimated-at-Completion (EAC) calculations, and reconciling actuals versus plan • Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint • Advanced Excel formulas, pivots, and Power Query for financial reconciliation, labor forecasting, and NPR calculations (bonus) • Experience using AI tools to build and communicate Financial Management and Resource Management dashboards (bonus) • Experience producing standardized PMO deliverables such as charters, status decks, and dashboards (bonus) • US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
