📋 Description

• Analyze business processes, requirements, and financial management procedures • Support the interpretation and application of DoD FMR or comparable financial regulations • Develop and maintain business documentation, reports, presentations, and process documentation • Communicate findings, recommendations, and requirements clearly to stakeholders • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to analyze information and prepare professional deliverables • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance • U.S. Citizenship is required • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • At least three (3) years of documented business analyst experience • Documented experience working with the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) or a comparable federal financial management regulation • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint • Preferred: Experience supporting DoD, federal government, or government contracting organizations • Preferred: Familiarity with federal financial management processes, policies, and controls • Preferred: Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, and analytical reports • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
