📋 Description

• Work with an implementation manager to create requirements documents and translate business requirements into technical specifications • Assist with implementation, including requirements documentation, requirements gathering, implementation design, UAT testing, issue handling, and change requests • Translate complex business needs into scalable, value-driven solutions aligned with Onit’s platform • Partner with Product, Engineering, Project Management, and Client Success to ensure deliverables match scope and client requirements and are delivered on time and within scope • Support end-to-end solution delivery, including implementations, integrations, data migrations, and system configurations • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, lead discovery sessions, and identify process optimization opportunities • Ensure high-quality delivery through validation, troubleshooting, and adherence to best practices • Build strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive communication • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement • Help ensure customers become positive references for other customers and prospects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, professional services, consulting, or a related environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • General understanding of programming fundamentals • Ability to work with teams across geographies • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation proficiency • Ability to multitask and prioritize across several projects simultaneously
