📋 Description

• Support leadership by analyzing business processes, systems, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement. • Maintain and configure various business systems, ensuring effective operation and alignment with organizational goals. • Serve as a systems administrator/coordinator for relevant business systems and platforms. • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and insights on technology changes and updates. • Provide second-level technical support for teams using business systems and resolve complex issues. • Assist team members with technology-related questions and improve system use and efficiency. • Conduct regular business-system audits to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiencies. • Maintain awareness of business needs and processes and understand technology impacts on operational workflows. • Maintain working knowledge of relevant business operations and project activities. • Develop and manage ad-hoc reports to identify trends and track performance. • Evaluate existing business processes and execute improvement initiatives. • Provide resources for real-time operational adjustments and changes. • Provide subject matter expertise to the reporting team with data validation. • Mentor, support, and guide more junior team members. • Lead projects and perform other assigned duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required. • Seven (7) plus years’ experience in data analysis, business operations and software solutions. • Extensive experience working with large-scale software solutions and systems. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Effective communication and ability to work closely with all levels of management in varying departments. • Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and communication skills as well as team leadership skills. • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. • Ability to build processes and procedures that drive results. • Ability to motivate teams around a common goal and strive toward excellence. • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, can learn quickly, and think creatively. • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail an accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written skills required, including strong presentation skills. • Proactive, critical thinking and ability to hold processes accountable required. • Effective program management capabilities to lead initiatives and facilitates cross-functional collaboration and support. • Quick to execute ad-hoc projects and adapt to change. • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures. • Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively provide guidance. • General statistics knowledge and familiarity with trending, time-series analysis and regression analysis. • Primarily seated work; extensive computer and telephone use; occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
