📋 Description

• Perform governance, compliance, and assurance activities for ServiceNow against NIST SP 800-53, NIST RMF, and FedRAMP requirements • Define, document, and assess security requirements and support control selection, tailoring, and implementation • Build, configure, and enforce ServiceNow instance security controls, including ACLs, RBAC, encryption, IP restrictions, and security properties • Configure and monitor ServiceNow security telemetry and maintain enterprise SIEM integrations • Support continuous monitoring, automated evidence gathering, control validation, and recurring assessments • Manage the POA&M lifecycle, including findings, ownership, milestones, remediation testing, and closure • Develop and maintain ATO packages, SSPs, boundary diagrams, control summaries, and evidence artifacts • Coordinate internal and external assessments with SCAs, federal auditors, and 3PAOs • Collaborate with system owners, ISSOs, administrators, developers, and architects to implement controls and remediate findings • Perform vulnerability management, patch-level reviews, CVE evaluation, remediation prioritization, and resolution tracking • Validate secure configuration baselines using ServiceNow ISC, CIS benchmarks, and DISA STIGs • Assist with incident response, log analysis, identity and access governance, CMDB integrity, security documentation, project delivery, risk assessments, DevSecOps reviews, threat intelligence, and executive security reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) • B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 15 years of relevant experience • Experience supporting ServiceNow development • Understanding of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, and federal security control frameworks • Hands-on experience supporting ATO packages, SSP development, control implementation statements, and evidence collection • Experience performing security assessments, vulnerability analysis, risk assessments, and remediation tracking • CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CySA+, AWS/Azure security certifications highly desired
