📋 Description
• Own the architecture and rollout of the enterprise AI platform • Build and operate cost-effective infrastructure • Design and deliver a self-service "agent factory" • Lead the design and build of agent workflows across the PDLC • Establish evaluation and monitoring practices for agent workflows • Build agents that interoperate with agents on other platforms • Own the technical strategy and mentorship of a team
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of software engineering experience • 4+ years in a technical lead or staff-level role • Proficiency in Python and at least one other modern language • Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems • Familiarity with Google Vertex AI / Gemini • Experience building developer-facing platforms • Strong communication skills
