📋 Description

• Deliver incredible products by defining and scoping your own work • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders • Help embody and drive an AI-forward culture within the team • Communicate well and explain work clearly to team members • Be a good teammate by supporting and challenging your peers • Learn and improve skills regardless of your experience level

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in server-side web application development (preferably in Ruby on Rails) • Comfort occasionally working in the frontend (preferably in Angular) • Ability to pick up new skills quickly • Building web applications with an MVC framework (especially Ruby on Rails) • Use agentic coding tools as a primary part of your workflow • Contributions to the software development life cycle beyond just writing code • Writing unit tests to ensure good code quality and sufficient coverage • Reviewing code to empower teammates while improving codebase • Refactoring systems for performance and readability • Mentoring and coaching other engineers
