📋 Description

• Develop passages and create test questions for client-specific academic assessment projects • Use state specifications to develop content • Move developed content through internal review processes • Participate in group reviews, take notes, and implement suggested edits • Understand and implement scoring techniques for various item types • Independently develop passages • Implement post-client and post-committee edits with direction • Perform final web approvals and post-committee review clean-up • Build technical expertise in item writing, scoring, and reviewing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field • 0–3 years’ experience • ELA expertise • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Skilled at collaboration and multi-tasking • Required travel of 1–6 weeks per year, typically 2–5 days at a time • Must reside and work in the United States • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work • Active participation in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on
