📋 Description

• Track all resources, contracts, and hours in the Unanet PSA system • Partner with Delivery Managers to assign employees and contract consultants to projects based on skills, experience, availability, and project budget • Manage consultant schedules and billable hours using Unanet/PSA • Plan projects and schedules with clients after contract signing • Assign available resources to projects and handle multiple resourcing demands • Enter and maintain project plans in Unanet/PSA • Monitor consultant availability and scheduling conflicts, resolving issues with leadership and senior directors • Coordinate and schedule new project launches with client contacts • Identify client resource needs and assign appropriate consultants • Create new Unanet/PSA projects based on contract terms • Review plans and budgets weekly and reconcile projects monthly • Create ad hoc reports and maintain staffing reports • Provide weekly staffing updates to internal teams • Review revenue forecasts and explain monthly tracking, variances, overages, and month-end reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail • Understanding of contract language • Former client-facing experience • Personality that easily connects with people inside and outside an organization • Comfortable reaching out regularly to internal colleagues and external clients • 5+ years’ experience in a Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role • Former experience with a consulting/professional services organization preferred • Experience with Unanet or a similar PSA preferred • Project management experience preferred • College degree preferred
