📋 Description

• Manage Supplier performance for planning, production, and on-time delivery • Collaborate with Suppliers to monitor production • Work with material and production planning teams to align company needs with supplier plans and commitments • Promote positive Supplier engagement through manufacturing operations theory and material management / SIOP principles • Improve on-time deliveries by increasing proactive habits with Suppliers • Lead the Supplier SIOP process and establish capacity plans against current demand • Understand material requirements • Analyze logistics and operations and identify opportunities to improve results • Report to the Senior Manager, Supplier Manufacturing Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, or Materials Management • Experience managing suppliers • Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent experience
