📋 Description

• Support Account Managers in managing international customer accounts throughout the order lifecycle • Coordinate with Purchasing, Credit, Finance, Operations, Warehousing, vendors, and logistics partners on international order requirements, timelines, and deliverables • Provide customers with product availability, lead times, order requirements, customs documentation requirements, and related purchasing information • Prepare international quotes and proforma invoices, including pricing, freight, logistics costs, and applicable charges • Monitor orders from quoting through fulfillment and identify delays, discrepancies, and risks • Support international shipment planning with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners • Coordinate freight quoting and shipment planning based on destination, shipment size, product readiness, and customer requirements • Support preparation and review of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export documentation • Track shipment readiness and status and provide timely milestone updates • Research and coordinate resolution of order discrepancies, product issues, shortages, damages, documentation concerns, and shipping delays • Own customer communication and follow-through, escalating complex issues as needed • Verify product specifications for international markets, including voltage, frequency, plug configurations, certifications, and other market-specific considerations • Identify product alternatives with vendors and internal teams when standard products do not meet international requirements or availability needs • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of international orders, projects, milestones, shipment plans, risks, and deliverables • Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency and the international customer experience

• Understanding of foodservice equipment, industry standards, and best practices • Strong customer service and communication skills across different countries, cultures, and time zones • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple international orders, priorities, and cross-functional deliverables simultaneously • High attention to detail when reviewing product specifications, pricing, payment requirements, shipping information, and export documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify potential issues, anticipate risks, and proactively coordinate solutions • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accountability across internal teams and external partners
