📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design of new products and features • Work across multiple product areas and balance shifting priorities • Partner with product and engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and drive products from concept to launch • Engage early in ambiguous problem spaces and shape product direction • Prototype ideas, test assumptions, and iterate using customer feedback and product data • Balance long-term product vision with fast-paced execution and evolving priorities • Improve the overall product experience and contribute to the design system • Shape AI-powered products that help wholesale distributors operate more efficiently through automation and AI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products • Experience ideally involving operational workflows, data-rich experiences, or AI-powered products • Portfolio demonstrating complex problem framing and translation into intuitive, user-centered products • Strong product thinking and ability to connect design decisions to customer needs and business outcomes • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to advocate for ideas, challenge assumptions, and influence product decisions while remaining open to feedback • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer workflows
