• Own and manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities through the full sales cycle • Qualify and nurture leads to determine fit, scope, complexity, and potential value • Conduct discovery calls and run product demonstrations • Present solutions, pricing, and proposals aligned to customer needs • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records and pipeline reporting • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align opportunities based on complexity and future growth potential • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota • Support smooth transitions to onboarding, account management, or support teams • Travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or strategic engagements
• 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience • Demonstrated ability to manage deals from qualification through close • Experience selling technology-based solutions • Proficiency using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 • Comfortable running live demos and executive-level presentations • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented • Self-motivated, competitive, and quota-driven • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills • Experience in security, risk, public safety, or related industries (nice to have) • Experience selling data, analytics, or report-based solutions (nice to have) • Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based platforms (nice to have) • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) (nice to have)
