📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, web, electronic, and face-to-face channels • Present and discuss products and services accurately with internal and external customers • Resolve concerns on the first call and enhance the member experience • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships • Ensure customer needs are met promptly, avoiding escalation where possible • Support sales representatives with onsite or community-based educational meetings when business needs permit • Meet quality, productivity, schedule-adherence, and handle-time goals • Complete initial and ongoing refresher training on products, services, and policy changes • Improve work quality by learning new skills and adapting processes • Recognize, document, and alert supervisors to customer-call trends • Conduct work consistently with organizational values

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess basic reading and arithmetic skills (reading and math comprehension) • Must possess above average verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated competency in internet browsers, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to provide effective customer service through multi-channel connections • Ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy • Strong attention to detail and interest in preventing errors • Ability to de-escalate upset callers with minimal supervisory intervention • Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, multi-task, and adapt quickly • Ability to meet quality, productivity, and behavior expectations • Ability to up-sell and speak highly of products and the company • Knowledge of company products • 1 year of customer service experience • Must have a High School Diploma or GED • Must be flexible to work varied shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., any day of the week • Must be able to work over 40 hours per week
