📋 Description

• Provide analytical, technical, and problem-resolution support to Capital core systems • Create and update documentation and technical diagrams • Liaise between business and technical teams to meet business needs and assess development viability • Work with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects • Identify project risks and contingencies • Elicit and document detailed business requirements for system and process changes • Perform root cause analysis and identify process improvement opportunities • Make technical and business process recommendations, including ROI and estimated project time • Translate business requirements for technical teams • Evaluate and communicate testing defects and negative business impacts • Develop test strategy and planning documents • Coordinate test strategy with project sponsors and management • Serve as Test Lead on complex projects and provide test execution support • Write test plans and enter them into defined testing tools • Assign and monitor testing tasks and deadlines • Coordinate testing with business areas • Communicate test status and milestones to department and project management

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant industry experience or work in a similar field • Experience with Capital core systems or integrated business systems handling claims processing, membership, billing, network, clinical, customer service, and product processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to elicit and document business requirements • Ability to recommend solutions across departments and external business partners • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Persuasion and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Knowledge of the health care industry and corporate structures • Knowledge of standards, policies, business practices, and procedures across multiple departments and systems • Knowledge of data processing terminology and concepts • Technical understanding of tools for requirements gathering and testing • Agile experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health planning and administration, information systems, or computer science preferred • Project management experience or PMP a plus • Ability to work over 40 hours per week • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 5 pounds
