📋 Description

• Drafting and reviewing contractual planning and project control guidelines; • Preparing and reviewing the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and contract measurement criteria; • Preparing and reviewing draft physical and financial schedules; • Drafting project monitoring reports and related presentations; • Monitoring project schedule and cost in SAP; • Setting up project WBS in the SAP PS module; • Allocating management operating costs (cost center) to active projects (cost transfers); • Preparing drafts of procedures, manuals, standards, agreements and specifications related to the department's activities; • Monitoring and analyzing project/venture performance indicators (KPIs); • Entering project data into corporate systems; • Preparing and verifying audit requirements; • Implementing and supporting the use of project management tools (SAP, EPM – Enterprise Project Management, etc.); • Mapping processes related to project management;

🎯 Requirements

• Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, MS Power BI, MS Project, Primavera • Minimum 5 years of proven experience recorded in the employment history with an Engineering or Oil & Gas company • SAP (PS module) • Intermediate English • Project management
