📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects and enhancements • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets • Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams • Drive project governance, stakeholder communications, and executive status reporting • Manage testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies • Deliver initiatives on schedule, within scope, and with stakeholder alignment • Provide project management leadership focused on delivery and execution rather than technical leadership or subject matter expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives for Teamcenter • Strong planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple workstreams • Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver projects successfully • Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Excellent communication and ability to build alignment across teams • Comfortable working across business and technical organizations • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline • Proactive problem solver able to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies • Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM or other engineering systems programs • Familiarity with PLM, Product Data Management (PDM), CAD integrations, or digital engineering environments • PMP or equivalent project management certification • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, data migration, or technology modernization initiatives
