📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Python, React, Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Architect and implement APIs, FHIR integrations, and healthcare data workflows supporting interoperability and compliance • Provide technical leadership to a team of 3+ developers • Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and maintainability • Collaborate with product owners and client technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Drive best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps for reliable deployments • Represent the engineering team in client discussions with technical guidance and delivery updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of healthcare technology experience • Strong knowledge of healthcare data formats, APIs, and FHIR standards • Proven expertise in Python, React, Next.js, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience as a Senior Developer and Technical Lead • Track record of leading teams of 3+ engineers • Strong background in full-stack application development within complex, innovative environments • Ability to work confidently with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical solutions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product owners and technical stakeholders
