📋 Description

• Connect patients with cutting-edge clinical trials • Reach out to individuals from the database and respond to potential volunteer inquiries by phone, email, or postal mail • Educate prospective patients about the clinical research process, study purpose, potential benefits, and study visits • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and communications • Conduct remote pre-screening visits using pre-screen checklists and assess compatibility with study criteria • Schedule study visits with qualified subjects and provide reminders and follow-ups • Collaborate with Study Teams and Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) • Use platforms and software tools to manage patient data and scheduling • Review and understand active study protocols • Maintain organized subject pre-screening logs • Serve as a liaison between patients and remote and local CRCs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient recruitment • Minimum of 1 year of Clinical Research experience • Knowledge and ability to apply ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other applicable regulatory standards • Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology • Proficiency with clinical trials databases and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Exceptional time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Adaptability and flexibility with changing priorities and evolving research protocols • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
