📋 Description

• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting • Source a strong pipeline of qualified candidates • Screen, schedule, interview, present, and negotiate job offers with candidates • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure quality and timeliness of hiring • Pre-screen candidates for full-time employee openings • Assess qualifications and culture fit through behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations • Prepare salary offers with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners • Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coach and guide managers • Track recruiting progress and work in the Applicant Tracking System to capture metrics and meet goals • Build partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand and meet business hiring needs • Support high-quality candidate selection and timely university graduate and intern hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in recruiting/sourcing, or master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience • 2–4 years of corporate recruiting/sourcing experience • Experience using analytical skills and metrics to drive results • Communication skills across internal and external groups, including management, executives, and candidates • Strong analytical, time management, and prioritization skills • Experience with HR applications, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting • Effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills • Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
