📋 Description

• Develop full-stack web applications using modern TypeScript in a functional-first style • Implement clean, modern, and intuitive UIs from Figma mockups in collaboration with product designers • Build efficient, scalable, and secure backend APIs in Node and PostgreSQL • Collaborate through code reviews, mentorship, and pairing • Improve and maintain codebases, reducing technical debt and aligning data models with real-world domains • Support production systems through deployments, incident response, and operational and infrastructure improvements with DevOps • Write and review design documents and lead technical discussions on system architecture • Work with QA Engineers to ensure features are well-documented and fully testable • Participate in Agile practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Develop and maintain software products that streamline Care Access operations and accelerate clinical research

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in modern TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Experience with functional programming techniques • Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure • Ability to work independently and in a remote-first team environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • At least 6 years of experience in both front-end and back-end web development • Must be able to work remotely within the United States • Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time • Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment
