📋 Description

• Implement and support Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online • Support Windows Server and Active Directory environments, including user access, group policies, identity management, and hybrid cloud integration • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, system, and service issues across cloud and on-premises environments • Assist with system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and technology lifecycle activities • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions • Monitor system health, performance, and security, and assist with remediation • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams • Maintain technical documentation and follow operational, security, and change management processes • Attend occasional maintenance, hardware installation, or troubleshooting activities at the Raleigh, NC data center once or twice per year • Partner with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 2–4 years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure in a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role • Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online • Experience supporting Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation • Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, endpoint, and cloud-related issues • Familiarity with VMware and AWS is a plus • Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or Windows infrastructure are a plus • Ability to safely access and work in a data center environment, including lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and standing or walking for extended periods • Must reside in the United States • Sponsorship is not available; candidates must have appropriate work authorization
